Monsieur Loubi

Any shoe loving girl worth her salt will have heard about Christian Louboutin. The delicate yet poignant red sole...oh, it's absolutely exquisite. I had the pleasure of going to the Louboutin exhibition that is running at the Design Museum. We weren't allowed to take photos inside, which was unfortunate but I managed to take a couple of the entrance bit - well, it's something isn't it?

Gloomy day

Sigh, so sad that I could only get this shot :(

Stairway to Heaven

The shoes were utterly divine, featuring such an expansive range including patent stilettos, his signature studded loafers, various bizarre creations, including an all-in-one trouser and shoe piece. There was even a curtained off 'Fetish' tunnel where his 'erotica' shoes were displayed. To finish off, a hologram of Dita Von Teese performing in her Loubs played throughout on the main stage.

The exhibition runs until the 1st of July, more details on how to book here.

True masterpieces - a visual feast for the eyes.
I managed to buy myself a little souvenir.
