Machynlleth

After a very very long journey, I was pleasantly surprised to see how quaint and lovely Machynlleth was. Unfortunately the weather did not play game and for the majority of our stay was spent indoors chatting to Nain (welsh for grandmother) and learning about the family history and looking through photo albums, listening to Nain and her life stories.

Sunday was spent checking out the local area - a continental market had stopped in town so we took the liberty of buying lots of goodies - pick n mix galore.
