The things you realise when you read your old posts

Throwback pic to when S and I went to Paris in 2014

Heyyyyy guys. How are you all doing this week? I'm currently in Rome for a spot of sightseeing (I can't believe I haven't seen the Coliseum until now, in my late 20s?!) but I can finally say I've crossed it off my bucket list. It's been a very busy period for me with work and general life admin and it was nice to get away, even if it is just for a few days!

So, back to business. Earlier this week, I found myself doing something I hadn't actually done before. I read ALL my old posts.

I've been blogging on and off since 2012 and it was oddly satisfying to read my old content and to see how the blog has changed in terms of content (It's nice to see my photo and writing has improved over the years because my goodness some of my first blog posts were either too short, my photos were blurry and just...nope.)

But it's ok, it's all a learning curve.

It was heartwarming to remember why I started the blog - to document my life in some way so that I could remember and look back on it and revisit events of the past that I had forgotten about. It reminded me why I fell in love with blogging in the first place - to write and to share.

And with that in mind, I wanted to share some of my favourite old posts with you, because sharing is caring.

I hope you have enjoyed these posts and do let me know what you thought?
